Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree majored in electrical engineering or related majors or statistics

3. 5 years working experiences in factory in quality management area, familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management system

4. Have experience in testing technology, statistical technology, internal or external audit work or related management experience is preferred

2.    岗位名称：材料分析工程师/Material Analysis Engineer

工作职责：

1. 操作FTIR、DSC、TGA、XRF，对golden sample建立谱图标准库

2. 鉴定不同批次产品的谱图差异，从而对其材料一致性和工艺稳定性做出判断，并形成报告

3. 对盲样和客诉样品进行成分分析

4. 协助建立材料数据库   

5. 其他材料相关的工作，如FMD制作，MSDS查验等

 

任职要求：

1. 本科以上材料化学相关专业，高分子材料专业优先

2. 熟练操作FTIR、DSC、TGA仪器中至少一项，并具备熟练的解谱能力

3. 了解高分子材料的组成及特性，如塑料的绝缘，阻燃，机械和耐热等性能

4. 熟悉材料成分分析仪器，表征方法

5. 通过英语四级，读写必须熟练

Tasks:

1. Have experience in operating FTIR, DSC, TGA, XRF, and setting up spectrum library for golden samples

2. Verify consistency of different lots of products by spectrum comparison, and generate a consistency report of material and process

4. Support on material library set-up, including ingredient and property

任职要求：

1. 从事电气实验室大型设备维修与管理工作不低于5年

2.协调材料合规测试中（RoHS, REACH, Halogen, TSCA, POPs）的异常案件的处理, 直至改

   善完成，并再次验证合规

3.妥善安排并管理测试后留样，以便后续结果的可追溯性
